Our Return Policy

It's simple—we want you to be a LOCO customer for life. If you try our shoes and they are not right for you—we will refund your purchase price. LOCO Sports wants you to try our shoes. At races and events we have found the most runners that tried our shoes liked them and often bought a pair right there, or soon after at a retail store or online.

Try our shoes—risk free

At LOCO we want to make runners happy and we know that when your feet are happy, you're happy. The best way and the only way to tell if you'll be happy in a particular running shoe is to run in it. Lace it up and walk around indoors. You should feel snug & comfortable—if there is any discomfort then that shoe probably isn't for you. You should never have to break in a running shoe.

Take a test run. We really mean it!

If you're buying your running shoes (ours or anyone's) from a retailer you’ll be subject to their return policy, which usually states that shoes worn outside are not eligible for return. If you buy our shoes at races or over the web, we'll take it one "step" further. While we don't want truly used shoes returned to us, if walking around inside doesn't convince you of the fit, hop outside and run for a mile or two or even three—preferably on dry tar.

The fine print:

  • Retail store purchases are subject to individual store policies
  • Shoes purchased over the Web or at a Race must be returned to LOCO within 14 days
  • Returned shoes must be in as-new condition (no evident wear on soles or stains)
  • Returns outside of the above conditions may be subject to merchandise credit only
